Sara Mieczkowski
Sara Mieczkowski is an accomplished trial attorney with more than fifteen years of experience in criminal defense and government investigations across state and federal courts. Known for her sharp courtroom advocacy, thorough preparation, and steady focus under pressure, she has secured not-guilty verdicts from juries and judgments of acquittal from judges at both levels.
Sara represents clients in complex federal cases involving allegations of fraud, racketeering, cybercrime, and drug trafficking, as well as serious state offenses such as violent and special-victim crimes. She has tried dozens of cases to verdict—often serving as lead counsel—and is recognized for her ability to translate complex issues into clear, compelling arguments before judges and juries alike.
A graduate of Florida State University and Stetson University College of Law, Sara was a member of Stetson’s nationally ranked trial team and a national mock-trial champion. She began her career handling state-level criminal cases before transitioning to federal practice, gaining a broad perspective on how cases are investigated, prosecuted, and defended.
Drawing on her extensive courtroom experience, Sara approaches each matter with a balance of strategy, precision, and empathy. She is deeply committed to protecting her clients’ rights, guiding them through every stage of the legal process, and ensuring their voices are heard in court.
